What is an accountability app?

An accountability app puts a second person — or real stakes — between you and quietly quitting. In InSynk you log every promise honestly before midnight; on Premium a partner approves or rejects each log — they have until midnight the next day — so nothing is self-graded.

Do I need a partner to use InSynk?

No — Solo works on your own honest word, free forever. Pairing is an optional Premium add-on: pair by QR code, invite link or sync code, and both of you need Premium for the link to work.

Are the money penalties compulsory?

No. Stakes are optional and off unless you switch them on. If you opt in, there are two dates: your membership renews on the date you upgraded, and stakes for a finished month settle on the 2nd of the following month, after your partner's review window has closed.

Can I change my plan after the week starts?

Plan day by day, then tap Submit my week. After that you get grace changes for the week — two on Solo, five on Premium. Adding a promise is always free; editing or removing one uses a change.
